At Forged Crest Co., we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail behind our products.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other reasons not protected by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this policy.

2. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at forgedcrestco@gmail.com

We may, at our discretion, accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing or production. However, we are not obligated to accept cancellation requests except where required by applicable law.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted information, including:

Names, dates, and spelling
Custom text and personalization details
Product selections and specifications
Uploaded artwork, logos, and design instructions

Forged Crest Co. is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted information that are accurately reproduced in the finished product.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

This section does not limit any remedies required by applicable law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take care in preparing and fulfilling every order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at forgedcrestco@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where available.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or another remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a refund or other remedy where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

The 7-day reporting period helps us investigate problems promptly and does not remove any statutory rights that apply after that period.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.

If an order is lost, damaged during transit, or not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

We will meet our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws concerning delivery and non-delivery.

6. Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send products back without first contacting Forged Crest Co.

We do not accept unsolicited returns for final-sale products unless required by applicable law or expressly authorized by us.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with unauthorized returns, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order records, transaction details, proof of delivery, and customer communications to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to payment disputes.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction.

8. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or legal remedies available to customers under applicable federal, provincial, territorial, or international laws.
